County attorney files 16 felony charges against alleged freeway shooter

The county attorney filed 16 felony charges against the alleged freeway shooter, Leslie Merritt Jr. Wednesday morning. The charges include shooting, aggravated assault, unlawful discharge of firearms and one count of engagement.
