Tensions in Jerusalem as crowds of Jews visit al-Aqsa compound

Israel has deployed thousands of police in Jerusalem, as crowds of Jewish worshippers visited the Western Wall below the Al-Aqsa compound on Tuesday morning despite protests from Palestinians.
