Mexico: Ayotzinapa Protests Grow as Anniversary Approaches

2015-09-21 1

September 26 marks the one year anniversary of the enforced disappearance of the 43 Ayotzinapa students. As the date approaches and with the government's investigation under heavy fire, protests demanding justice are growing. On Sunday, family members of the students blocked the Acapulco highway and on Wednesday they will begin a 43-hour hunger strike in Mexico City. On Thursday they will meet with President Enrique Peña Nieto where they are expected to demand a new investigation. Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
