Full Range Close Grip Pull Ups. Grab the pull up bar and have your hands touching in the closest grip possible. Lock out your elbows for each rep in the down position, when you pull up, have your chin clear your wrists and aim to have the chin clear the bar for each rep. Do not raise your knees towards your chest for assistance, keep your lower body still and keep strict form.
