Jumping Pushups in 1 min. For the entire exercise, only your hands and feet can touch the ground, once your legs, middle, or upper body touches the ground the set of reps is over. You must explode upwards and bring your feet and hands off the ground simultaneously so that you are approximately 1 inch off the ground, you must land only on your hands and feet. Repeat this full body pushup jump for maximum repetitions in 1 min.
