Cross Stance Lunges in 1 min. The knee must touch the ground for the rep to count. From heel to knee, it is a 90 degree position. Alternate legs between each rep. Keep your hands out in front of you, your hands cannot assist in the rep. Keep the back straight when performing the exercise.
