Full Range Diamond Pushups in 1 min. Start off with your hands formulating a triangle while you are in the pushup position. Your pointer fingers and thumbs must be touching. When in the up position, your elbows must be completely locked for each rep. In the down position, you must lower yourself until your chest touches the top part of your hands.
