Full Range Pullups behind neck. You must start with a dead hang from the bar with your elbows locked out, you are not allowed to bring your knees up to your chest for assistance, you are not allowed to kick or thrust your body up with momentum. Pull yourself up and have the back of your neck touch the bar, lower yourself back down until your elbows are completely locked and perform the next rep. The end of your repetitions ends when your feet touches the ground.
