Chaos has broken out again in Burkina Faso in West Africa: a section of the military has seized power, arresting the interim president and prime minister. Heading up the coup is a general who was chief of staff to the former longtime president Blaise Compaoré. Compaoré was in power for 27 years before he was ousted last October.
