Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said Bogota's conditions for a face-to-face meeting with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro are in the process of being resolved at that the two leaders could meet as early as Monday. In recent days, Venezuela has made it easier for students, tourists, and workers with jobs on the other side to cross the border.
