Peruvian drug trafficker Gerald Oropeza was captured in Ecuador and brought back to Lima on Monday. Oropeza is accused of smuggling cocaine from Peru to Europe. The case could have political implications, given that Oropeza's father, who was murdered under still unresolved circumstances several months ago, was a leader of the APRA party -currently under investigation for several corruption allegations- and father and son had a lucrative business with government contracts. Rael Mora reports from Lima. teleSUR
