FMK Jumping Squats in 1 min. Start off with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart, have your arms hanging down in front of you between your knees. Squat down with your back straight and touch the floor with your fingertips, raise back up and jump until your feet touch together, then jump back to have your feet back at the original position and repeat.
