The FMK Full Range Pull Up test is locking your arms out completely when you are on the lowered position and when you pull up, you need to clear your chin over the bar. You are not allowed to bring your knees up to your chest to assist in the pull up. You are not allowed to swing. You are not allowed to thrust yourself up to clear your chin. You are not allowed to touch the ground. Once you touch the ground that will end your set of repetitions.
