Mango (1 Western mango or 2 Asian mangos, cubed)
Coconut Milk (1 13 oz. can)
Water (1 cup)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Chicken breast (1 lb., cubed)
Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
Curry Powder (1 tablespoon)
Paprika Powder (1 teaspoon)
Cilantro (diced)
