FMK Full Range Pushups in 1 Min. Start off in a front lean and rest position. Your feet are either shoulder with apart or touching. In the up position your elbows are completely locked out. In the down position only your chin touches the ground, your thighs and chest will not touch the ground. Only your feet, hands, and chin should be making contact with the ground in the down position. Push yourself up to up position and lock our your elbows completely, hold that position for about a half a second to ensure your elbows are locked out completely before starting the next rep. Max out your repetitions in 1 min.
