About 15 residents of Kampung Abdullah Hukum marched from Dataran Merdeka to the Dewan Bandaraya Building to submit a memo on the unfair distribution of low cost flats.
They say, there have been instances where both husband and wife in a family have been allocated housing while others are still waiting for their units.
