'Kg Buah Pala issue can end with a stroke of a pen'

The Kampung Buah Pala village impasse in Bukit Gelugor, Penang can easily end with a mere stroke of a pen by Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, said Hindraf leader P Uthayakumar.
