Pakatan Rakyat Youth wings today submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak urging him to establish a royal commission as early as tomorrow to probe the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock.
About 20 representatives from PKR, PAS and DAP were present at the Prime Minister's Department in Putrajaya this to hand over the memorandum.
