Meeting the press after Umno's supreme council meeting, prime minister Najib Abdul Razak said that BN will contest the forthcoming Permatang Pasir by-election.
He also commented on the controversial Umno - PAS talks that have been much talked about, but as yet to happen. He said Umno is open to any discussion that will benefit Muslims in particular and Malaysians in general.
