Malaysiakini visited two Indian families in Bukit Beruntung to see how they are coping with life.
A 19-year old youth N Anbalagan is paralysed from waist down since birth has never stepped his foot into a school.
"I would love to study but my disabilities prohibits me from doing so," he said when met at his home in Taman Sentosa, Bukit Beruntung.
