The Court of Appeal has postponed to next Monday to hear Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim's appeal to strike out his sodomy charge.
The decision was made after the prosecution raised a "surprise" preliminary objection that the High Court ruling which dismissed Anwar's application should be the end of the whole matter.
