Millions of people are on the move in Africa, fleeing poverty and violence. They are willing to pay large sums of money and even risk their lives and in the hope of making it to Europe, America, or anywhere else that promises safety and the prospect of a better future. The countries of Africa are losing a whole generation of young people.
The question is: Who is to blame for the Exodus?
