A er in Illinois has obtained a video from the dashboard camera of a police car after it was initially prevented from getting out. It reveals an officer violating the Chicago Police Department’s own policy.He is seen in the video firing more than a dozen shots into a car filled with five black teenagers.
The incident was recorded at 95th and LaSalle streets on the city’s south side in December of 2013. It clearly shows Officer Marco Proano firing shots into the moving car of the unarmed teenagers. Two of the teenagers were shot – one in the shoulder, and the other in the left hip and right heel.
