Canadians have been shocked by the number of entertainers, recently Jian Ghomeshi superstar, ending up in sexual exploitation scandals. I am concerned that this Vancouver clown touched the boy 10 times during the clown's birthday comedy skit. I also don't like the "bondage" use of rope, and the way the balloon is used by this clown because of the possible innuendo.
