Xerfi Global has recently published a study on e-commerce, a booming sector. Worldwide online retail sales shot up by almost 22% per year from 2008 to 2014 and are expected to increase by 12 to 13% per year from 2014 to 2018. This rise is brought about by several factors on the demand side and the supply side.
