The Colombian city of Cucuta on the border with Venezuela has been a center for smuggling and speculation, much of it controlled by right-wing paramilitary groups. TeleSUR correspondent Milton Henao reports that the big money changers are involved in money laundering from drug trafficking linked to these paramilitary groups.
