Guatemalan President Otto Perez Molina, who was stripped of his immunity yesterday and barred from leaving the country by a federal judge, now faces arrest. Attorney General Thelma Aldana said that Perez Molina is now a common citizen as far as the justice system is concerned and is seeking his arrest. If remanded in custody by a judge, he could be automatically removed from office. On Wednesday the Constitutional Court will resolve legal defense motions filed by the embattled president. teleSUR
