This recipe for Jerk Chicken is amazing! I marinate the chicken 24 hours and use Jamaican Pimento wood to grill the jerk chicken on a Kamado Joe cooker. The marinade was not very spicy, but had a really nice Jerk flavor that made this the best Jerk Chicken I have ever tasted! This dish is very easy to make and is sure to please your family and friends.
