Return to Flight Launch of Proton-M with Inmarsat 5 F3

A Russian Proton-M rocket launched today from Baikonur in Kazakhstan on it's return to flight mission since a failure earlier this year of the Proton-M's third stage that resulted in the loss of the MexSat-1 satellite. Today the Proton-M carried the British Inmarsat 5 F3 communications satellite into orbit. Launch occurred at 11:44 UTC.
