Over time one gets attaches to each little thing in the house and it is only when you have to relocate that you have to make the hard decisions to take along some and leave behind a few. Put emotions aside and be objective. Prepare a written list and proceed methodically and you will find that you can leave quite a few things that you thought were indispensable. A new life in a new location calls for new things so why carry over remnants of an old life to a better future? Sit down, list out everything and keep crossing out things that seemed important but really are not.
