Sources are telling TIMES NOW, that the BJP Government is trying to reach out to the Congress and other parties over a special Parliament session to pass the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill. Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu earlier met Congress leader in the Lok Sabha Malikarjun Kharge and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
