This is a very popular dish ordered at our local zer char stalls here in Singapore. I actually prefer salted fish fried rice to “normal” fried rice. I think it has something to do with the aroma of fried salted dish and bean sprouts. Wonderful texture. Great taste and aroma. Do try this at home.
