Tonight our host Cody Weddle speaks with Kelsey Alford-Jones, the Executive Director of the Guatemala Human Rights Commission on today’s announcement by the Attorney General and the UN Commission against Impunity, naming former VP Roxana Baldetti and current President Otto Perez Molina as the possible leaders of a customs fraud and bribery ring involved in the theft of hundreds of millions of dollars.
