This is ‘Big Phil, Europe's biggest gold coin, and this this glittering giant just arrived in Berlin to go on display at a Pro Aurum branch as part of their ten year anniversary celebrations. Big Phil weighs in at nearly 70 pounds, measures 15inches in diameter and has a face value of 100 thousand euro, or $111 thousand dollars. The actual value of the coin, however, is over $1.1 million according to Pro Aurum spokesperson Benjamin Summa.
