Although Argentina's National Statistics Institute puts yearly inflation in July 2015 at 14.9%, private consultancy firms and the right-wing opposition say the figure is 27%. They are manipulating figures to paint a gloomy economic scenario so as to feed concerns over the economy and boost inflation rates.
