Telecom Ministry Proposes Policy To Compensate Consumers For Call Drops

At a time when the blame game continues over call drops, the Telecom Ministry is taking new steps to solve the problem. The Ministry has proposed a policy to compensate consumers for incomplete calls. The TRAI is also likely to examine the tariff packages of telecom operators to see if they are making undue profits out of call drops. Here’s a report.
