Federal opposition coalition Pakatan Rakyat is still undecided over its own proposal to hold state elections in Kedah, Kelantan, Penang and Selangor separately from the upcoming general election.
This is despite the matter being discussed in the meeting of the Pakatan leadership council in Parliament house today.
