Penang State Umno liason chief Zainal Abidin Osman says that although Umno accepts and receives the non governmental organisations as friends, it is not necessary that the party condones the actions of some of the NGOs such as Perkasa.
Zainal hopes that NGOs understand that Umno has political aspirations that sometimes cannot accept their actions.
