Fifteen copies of tender document for the Langat 2 water treatment plant project have been sold today despite the federal-government-owned Water Assets Management Company (PAAB) realising the possibility that the project may not get the approval from the state government.
PAAB chief executive officer Ahmad Faizal Abdul Rahman said the tender documents, which cost RM10,000 each, have been sold to the potential bidders in a briefing this morning.
