This is a video of the moments I took a bite of a sandwich I purchased from Greenhalghs. To my surprise I turned the sandwich over and discovered a spider in the bottom of my roll. Greenhalghs customer service felt £5 was a sufficient good will gesture for this incident. So I decided to place this on social media for all to witness
