Footage has emerged a man taking a boat out onto floodwaters along Brighton's seafront promenade on Thursday.
The video shows the man taking advantage of the wet conditions by cruising around the flood on a dinghy.
According to news reports, parts of Britain have been battered by a month's rainfall in just nine hours as flooding hit the south of the UK.
