Early voting tests indelible ink

Over 270,000 police and army personnel became the first batch of advance voters to use indelible ink - a feature that's being included for the first time in Malaysian elections. Election commission chairperson Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof also responds to allegations that secret flights have been chartered to ferry "outside voters" into Selangor, before the general elections on Sunday.
