The family of the victim believed to be trapped under a crater cause by the lighting rod collapse in Penang is disappointed that they aren't able to retrieve a death certificate.
Roy Tan, the family spokesperson, says he was told by National Registration Department officials that they were unable to issue a death certificate for Chin Aik.
