11am: 200 gather near Jalan Sultan with flags and banners with no police presence.
12pm: The crowd grows to about 500, with 5 uniformed police personnel arriving to monitor the situation. Some of the opposition leaders here include Anthony Loke, Fong Kui Lun, Wong Tack and Lim Lip Eng.
