Penang government has approached the Home Ministry and the Attorney-General to sort the death certificate issue of the victim, believed to have been killed by the lighting rod collapse in Penang.
Previously, family members of the victim were disappointed that they aren't able to retrieve a death certificate, after being promised one by Home Minister Zahid Hamidi.
