The Jump Manual Results Review - Week 2 Progress

2015-08-16 47

This is my week 2 progress so far with the jump manual program by Jacob Hiller. I've started the program in an effort to increase my vertical jump, my goal is to reach a 40 inch leap and I hope I can't get there by the end of the 3 month program.

I document my entire journey with the program on my blog The Jump Manual Blog at http://jumpmanualblog.com/does-jacob-hillers-program-really-work/ and my main goal of doing this is to expose my challenge to the world so that I will be more committed and motivated towards increasing my jump.

The jump manual is as you know a veteran program, it was introduced to the world many years ago and when it came into the industry it made a huge impact on trainers and athletes alike.

What was special about the jump manual is it was the first program to encompass all the factors and variables that come into play when jumping. This strategy has is know as the multi-facet approach and due to this special technique the jump manual has earned a place of honor among the top vertical jump programs in the world.

The author of the jump manual, Jacob Hiller, is one of the most brilliant trainers and he made a career by specializing solely in the subject of jumping higher. His success as a coach and a trainer has granted him the honor of working with NBA players and Olympic athletes.

With the introduction of the jump manual Hiller has became a widespread success story and his program has gained popularity all over the world. Today, the jump manual is considered as a standard for vertical leap programs and it has raised the bar to a new level. The manual is used all over the world by professional and amateurs alike and is creating consistent results to people who use the techniques it outlines.

My own story with the jump manual is that I came to know about it after trying out many methods to increase my vertical. I tried so many workouts prior to the jump manual such as strength shoes, plyometrics, beach body workouts, box jumps and all sorts of workouts and combinations. Sadly nothing has worked for me and I wanted to try something that has proven to work.

After some research the jump manual has emerged and I decided to give it a try. My normal position the I'm playing on the court is shooting guard, however I tend to go to the basket a lot but I can't dunk so I thought this program will help overcome this obstacle. I've made a post on my blog that shows how the jump manual can help shooting guards http://jumpmanualblog.com/best-shooting-guard-review-didnt-see/

At this point I want to mention that even players that were on the NBA slam dunk contest has used some of the techniques that are outlined by the jump manual http://jumpmanualblog.com/nba-slam-dunk-contest-last-years/

I hope that by showing my results over time with the program more people would be motivated to take action and increase their jump to the next level.
