PKR strategic director Rafizi Ramli says the government's proposed plan to introduce a car lifespan policy could be a ruse to reap more Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue.
He warns that if the policy came into effect, about 2 to 3 million Malaysians will be forced to change cars in one go.
