Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Razali Ibrahim says the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) more frequently probes individuals found to have "excessive wealth" compared to the much-lauded Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
