The Hindu Rights Action Force held a tribute to former South African president Nelson Mandela in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.
Those in attendance include the South African High Commissioner to Malaysia, Thami Mseleku and Deputy Minister in Prime Minister's Department P Waythamoorthy.
