Universiti Malaya Centre of Democracy and Elections (UMcedel) director, Professor Dr Mohammad Redzuan Othman says, there are no strong independent candidates in Kajang yet.
So far besides Anwar Ibrahim, 3 independents have thrown their hat into the ring, including former minister, Zaid Ibrahim.
